Slice that baby open and let’s just get right to it!

But, wait!

Maybe it would be fun to kick this up and explore some other options…

In the United States, this delicious fruit is at the height of its season between May, June, July, and August but available from April to November. After that time it is all imported which means now is the perfect time to explore the wonderful world of the watermelon.

I just love the rich colors and flavors that A Virtual Vegan offers to us with this delightful Minted Watermelon Cucumber Salad.

This super cute dessert idea comes from Thrifty Jinxy.

I love that it has zero added sugar. Three ingredients and you are ready to go. Plus the on the counter freezing device is super cool. I may need to get one.

Watermelon happens to be one of my favorite fruits. I’m tempted to make the watermelon kiwi pops. Both fruits are my favorites, and it looks like a great treat.

  6. I love watermelon and we have a great amount of different other melons available here in the UK too. I use them as starters for a meal rather than dessert. They are fresh and clean the palette before we start to eat, a great food.

    Enjoy the journey!
