Turmeric Pain Relief Juice can be used as an easy, healthy, drug free alternative to relieve the pain of inflammation, arthritis and more.

Turmeric Pain Relief Juice Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 inch piece of ginger root
  • 1.5 inches of turmeric root
  • 2 cups of freshly chopped pineapple 

 

Turmeric Pain Relief Juice Instructions:
  1. Wash, prep and chop all of your ingredients.
  2. Process through your juicer.
  3. Drink immediately.

  4. Awesome sharing. I put tumeric and black pepper in my coffee daily. I wonder if you ever heard of white tumeric as I seem to have a lot of this,growing outback.

    1. Hello. Yes, white turmeric tastes similar to ginger and is very good for you. It is great for issues surrounding around menstruation, can help asthma, is an antioxidant and can even increase sexual interest. (Readers please note that this is not to be used during pregnancy or when trying to become pregnant)
