What is your TRUE HEALTH?

How healthy are you? This is a question that many people ask themselves but don’t have an answer for. It can be tough to track your true health, especially if you don’t know where to start. In this blog post, we will discuss how to track your actual health and better understand what is going on inside your body. We will also provide some tips on how to improve your health!

What is True Health?

True health is more than just being physically fit. It’s about being mentally and emotionally healthy as well. When you are truly healthy, you have a positive outlook on life and feel good inside and out. You have vitality and energy, and your body functions properly. As a result, you don’t get sick often; when you do, you recover quickly.

Many factors contribute to true health. These include genetics, lifestyle choices, environment, and stress levels. You can’t control all of these factors, but there are things you can do to improve your overall health.

Tips for Tracking Your True Health

Here are some tips for tracking your true health:

– Get Regular Checkups:

Seeing your doctor for regular checkups is essential. They can help you catch any health problems early on and guide you on staying healthy.

– Know Your Family History:

Your family history can give you clues about your health. For example, if there are any chronic illnesses or conditions in your family, you may also be at a higher risk for developing them.

– Live a Healthy Lifestyle:

You can improve your health by making some simple lifestyle changes. Eating a nutritious diet, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep are all great ways to boost your health.

– Manage Your Stress Levels:

Chronic stress can take a toll on your body mentally and physically. However, learning how to manage your stress levels can help you stay healthy in the long run.

Invest in the Following

  1. A Smartwatch or Fitness Tracker

A fitness tracker is a great way to track your physical activity and see how it affects your overall health. Of course, a smartwatch can do this as well and also has the added benefit of tracking other things like your heart rate and sleep patterns. Fitness trackers come in all shapes and sizes, so you can find one that fits your needs and budget. Some popular options include the Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple Watch.

  1. A Blood Pressure Monitor

High blood pressure is a common problem, but it can be hard to track on your own. A blood pressure monitor can help you keep tabs on your blood pressure and ensure it stays within a healthy range.

  1. Health Apps

There are tons of health apps out there that can help you track your fitness, diet, and overall health. Some popular options include MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, and Headspace. In addition, a medication app can help you track your medication schedule and side effects.

  1. A Life Coach

A life coach can help you identify areas of your life that you want to improve and set goals to make those changes. They can also provide support and accountability as you work towards a healthier lifestyle. If you’re not sure where to start, many reputable life coaching programs exist, such as myself and the big wigs such as Tony Robbins’ Date with Destiny or Martha Beck’s Life Coach Training.

By following these tips, you can get a better idea of your true health and take steps to improve it. Remember, true health is about more than just being physically fit. It’s about being mentally and emotionally healthy as well. When you are truly healthy, you have a positive outlook on life and feel good inside and out.
