As I live in the UK, Thanksgiving isn’t really celebrated here. But I love the idea that this celebrates being grateful for large and small blessings. I have found that people usually cook a lot (sometimes too much) and therefore have lots of leftovers. As a frugal lifestyle blogger, I’m quite pleased to see so many recipes suggesting ways to use up the excess from the big day, instead of throwing them out. Thanks so much for doing this link up. I enjoyed looking at some of them.
I hate to throw away food. I even cook down the turkey carcass 🙂
These Thanksgiving leftover ideas are great. It’s always hard to come up with something unique to do with leftovers.
