How does United We Parent’s mission to unify, strengthen, and inform the parenting community align with Motivational Parenting?

UWP aligns with my intention to support families in their efforts to be the best parents they can be. Additionally, My mission is also to strengthen parents’ confidence through education and a supportive community. This is yet another aspect of United We Parent that I admire.

What is your most proud parenting related achievement? How did it affect you and/or your business?

I’m most proud to witness the “aha” moments when I work with parents and it “finally” makes sense. Parents see patterns they have been doing for years with their kids ultimately they uncover what their kids need most. Finally, this leads to an incredible shift in their relationship.

What excites you about the United We Parent Inaugural event?

[ctt template=”8″ link=”UdWPL” via=”no” nofollow=”yes”]I’m excited to be part of the energy that United We Parent is creating to bring together families in a unique and collaborative way.[/ctt]

I’m very excited to be part of a team of educators who have a joint mission to support all types of parents.

Who should attend the United We Parent Event? Why?

[ctt template=”8″ link=”EC9GD” via=”no” nofollow=”yes”]I believe the United We Parent Conference is an event worth attending for all families. [/ctt]

I envision the United We Parent conference as a safe space to explore challenges. Ultimately strength will be gained.

  1. I love any event/organization that helps support parents in their roles. It’s hard enough with the pressure of social images and our self doubt. Kudos!

  2. I’m all for motivational parenting so I got excited about this, and I wasn’t disappointed too. I couldn’t attend the event but following with interest.

  3. My son is just beginning to reach the stage where this could start becoming helpful! I could definitely use tips on being a motivating parent vs just a disciplinarian.

  4. I like the idea of Motivational Parenting. One of the biggest challenges parents eventually face is sex education. Various surveys around the world indicate that teens want sex Ed to be “relevant and comprehensive”. Relevant isn’t just about safety, it’s about preparing a teen to become a fully operational adult in relationship and marriage. Self-learning about sex as a covert operation (experienced in haste) tends to lead toward promiscuity, unwanted pregnancies, and STDs.
