Living Intentions Superfood Cereal is redefining the standard for healthy breakfast cereals.
Living Intentions Superfood Cereal includes many delicious flavors. These include Cacao Crunch, Hemp & Greens, Radiant Raspberry and Acai Blueberry. The cereal is mostly organic in addition to raw, sprouted, and vegan. Additionally, the cereal is free of gluten, nuts and Genetically Modified Organisms. There are no added fillers, chemicals or additives.
In my opinion, Cacao Crunch is the best. This is a result of the fact that I am reminded of decadent cereals while I am also protecting my health.
I love that Maca Root, Mesquite Pod, Astragalus and Reishi Mycelium are used to enhance the health value.
Maca Root may increase strength, stamina, and energy in addition to offering libido boosting functions.
Mesquite Pod has a slightly sweet flavor and is a common native food staple. It is rich in protein, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, protein, and lysine.
Astragalus is used for immune system support in addition to being used for elimination and metabolic functions. Consequently it is quite popular in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Reishi Mycelium is also popular in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The “Mushroom of Immortality” is often used for its stress reducing properties.

Hi Dr. Elise,
Feel a little guilty when I eat it, but love my raisin bran breakfast. Really want to try the ‘superfood cereals’ you’ve mentioned in this post. They sound healthy and delicious, too! Thanks,
Edward
Hi Ed. I hear you. When my family decided to eat more sugary cereals such as Raisin Bran they eat it as a treat and therefore more of a dessert than breakfast.
Thanks for sharing these great tips DR. ELISE.
It is my pleasure.
Hi Dr Elise
What a great review. Thank you for sharing. Take Care
I hope that you will try it. It is delicious.
Right or wrong I just read a report that unless you have a gluten intolerance you should eat gluten or it could be very damaging to your health, causing type 2 diabetes if you leave it out of your diet. Interesting theory.
Enjoy the journey!
That is a very interesting theory. This is just one reason why it is so important to speak to a health professional about your own particular needs.
This sounds wonderful… I so miss having cereal for breakfast. I’ll have to find out if it’s available in Canada so I can try it. Thanks!
It is on Amazon if you cannot find it locally.
