I have upgraded my kitchen lately as I baked and cooked a lot during the pandemic. It’s so therapeutic for me.
That sounds wonderful all around. I would love to see pictures.
I know my kitchen needs a full overhaul. I just feel so lazy and stressed when I think about all the discomfort and work for that time when the kitchen is out of commission.
It is a great deal of work and figuring things out. It takes some real planning.

The changes have been worth it for you. It feels good.
A kitchen upgrade is important especially during resale time. If the kitchen is bad or outdated a lot of people won’t even consider it for a purchase, especially now when prices are so high. No one wants to pay more to have to re-do things too.
When the home is move-in ready it is much more likely to get more offers.
