Karmuh Kitchen Is Officially Open in Rancho Santa Margarita
Karmuh Kitchen brings health-focused delicious food to Rancho Santa Margarita.
This is an unbiased review of Karmuh Kitchen. However, I admit that it will seem completely biased. That is because my oldest son is a cook at Karmuh Kitchen.
Ok, maybe my Karmuh Kitchen review is a little biased. It is completely honest, that is for sure. It is also not a sponsored post. I am writing this because I want to tell you about a new restaurant. Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to some people who have been really fab in my son’s life.
So now, we all know where I am coming from let’s get to what you really want to know.
Karmuh Kitchen was founded by Ryan Husband, along with his dietitian wife, Molly.
They believe that you get out of life what you put into it.
As you can imagine the Husband’s are focused on eating healthily. They are also keen on the idea of creating local restaurants with reasonable prices and a healthy twist. From this idea, Karmuh Kitchen was born
Executive Chef Justin Lansdell is the mastermind behind the menu and he certainly does have an eye for detail.
Is the food good? Of course!
Yes, totally biased answer.
Seriously! Young Mr. Ho is prepping and cooking the super delicious creations of Chef Justin.
To give you an idea of pricing I made a comparison to True Food Kitchen. I felt that this was a good comparison. This is despite the fact that Karmuh Kitchen is a more casual dining experience. However, the food quality is comparable. Of course, in the end, we all want delicious food at reasonable prices.
True Food Mediterranean Chopped Salad with Salmon is $20. The Seared Ahi Tuna Salad at Karmuh Kitchen is $14.95.
Everyone that I bring to the restaurant is super impressed.
The food is truly yummy. Additionally, it is very nice to eat at a restaurant where there are happy employees.
Karmuh Kitchen serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
There is something for everyone including vegan, vegetarian and the all-out meat eater.
About those special shout outs.
Yup, definitely the mom writing this review. However, you have to admit it does give a unique perspective.
Executive Chef Justin has taken Young Mr. Ho’s cooking passion to a whole new level. Plus I absolutely love that Justin and Ryan allow, and encourage, him to get creative in the kitchen.

Thank you very much.
Guess who’s feeling hungry after reading your post?! The images really help sell it and I love the look of the veggie pizza. Well done to your son for helping cook up such lovely healthy meal options.
LOL, I was feeling hungry after writing this post. 🙂 Thank you, Ryan and Justin have been great to him.
Looks delish! Wish I lived closer so I can do lunch with you!
That would be so fun and you would absolutely adore this restaurant. You would go back all of the time.
It all looks so incredible! And healthy options too. Wish I didn’t live so far away or I’d totally be down to go there.
I am sure that you would love it should you ever have the opportunity.
The food looks so amazing here I’m seriously sitting here salivating. Congrats to your son on his new job, and I love the vibes of this place!
Thank you, I am really proud of how hard he works. If you have the opportunity you should definitely try Karuh Kitchen. It is so good.

Thank you. I have enjoyed absolutely everything that I have had there.
This place looks fantastic! Love all the greens on those burgers, and the veggies piled on the pizza. Yum!
The pizza is so unique and so delicious. I need to know how to make the butternut squash puree. Maybe I can convince someone to teach me.
All of those dishes you showed look absolutely mouth-watering! I would definitely eat there!

It would be great to see that happen.
The pictures say it all, the food looks amazing. It is hard to find places to eat that offer such healthy food.
I agree. It is especially hard when you want to pay a reasonable price. Karmuh Kitchen hots all of the marks.
I’m a foodie so I won’t say no to a good looking plate. Although I enjoy eating all types of food, I will also embrace an healthier version of the meal.
We certainly do eat with our eyes first and foremost. I love the way you look at the embracing of different foods.
Hi Elsie,
Woh this is really an amazing news!
Good to know about your son’s new venture.
I appreciate your genuineness which expressed thru your intro.
I am sure since the situation forces you to be a bit bias in this!!
But I like it that you mentioned that in the beginning.
Oh my as you said, at the closing line, yes, indeed those writings, as well as the mouth-watering delicious and eye capturing pics really, made me hungry!
The final call is really attractive: Are you ready to go and eat?
But, so sad this kitchen is far far away from my place!! 🙂
Anyways our good wishes to the Mr. Jr. Ho for his new assignments at Karmuh.
Thanks, Dr. Ho for this wonderful and delicious piece of writing!
Keep writing
Best Regards
~ Phil
Thank you, Phil. Yes, I would definitely say that it is way too big of a commute for you. I appreciate your good wishes. I definitely thought that I should mention my bias.
