  1. I don’t know how I feel about your posts Elise. They’re always filled with important, helpful and useful information but also scare me half to death. Previously it was the fact that bad tooth habits can cause loads of serious conditions and now that 1 in 4 deaths will be as a result of heart disease.

I know they are all vital and the knowledge can help save our lives so that’s great. Just to give us a break can next week’s post be about something potentially non deadly. Maybe why cutting your toe nails is important. Otherwise my blood pressure is going to start soaring and we all know what that can do!

  2. Wow staggering statistics! Dr Joel Kahn is right here in my backyard. He has an amazing reputation. He also owns a vegan restaurant, one of my favs and is getting ready to open a grab and go type place right around the corner from my home! Excited!!!
    Thanks for the info.

  3. wow one in four, I had no idea the stats were so bad!. It’s great the amount of research and help that’s out there nowadays though but it seems like proper education is the key.

  4. Wow! Thanks for the push to take better care of myself. The stats noted are definitely eye-openers! I love the access to so many professionals who could help me prevent the unthinkable. xo Evelyn, PathofPresence.com

  5. It is all about self-love and doing the right thing for our body. We are the best doctors because we usually feel the symptoms beforehand. The problem is that we ignore them until is late. These are fantastic suggestions to follow.

  6. Great info, I signed up to get the 20 talks! I am enjoying the Holistic Oral Health Summit you recommend on a recent post. Talking about heart health, it’s good to know that oral health can actually effect that as well. I have a close family member that had an absessed wisdom tooth for only God knows how long… years later developed Mitral Valve Prolapse. We find out later that bacteria in your mouth can settle very quickly around the heart. I did a recent post about heart health and developed a heart health planner if you or any or your readers are interested. https://naturalhealinghope.com/improve-your-heart-health-with-these-simple-steps/

    1. I am interested and about to go read it. I am so glad that my recommendations have bee n helping you. Thank you also for sharing your story.

  7. This was very interesting to learn about these talks will be awesome it’s so great to be informed when it comes to our bodies and health!
