When you do this, you affect everyone who comes into contact with you. It will change their opinions about you, or if you are meeting them for the first time, they will want to further the relationship.
Healthy eating will also help you both at your job and at home.
You will be better able to care for yourself and your family. You will teach your children healthy habits just by them observing you. You will have fewer incidents of going to the doctor which could lower the cost of healthcare.

Often, it is the repetition of actions that will do the trick. After a while, your healthy habits will become part of your routine, and you will feel “out of sorts” without them.

It’s hard going it alone. You can end up doubting yourself or your strategy. But having a helpful human by your side can make all the difference in the world. They give you accountability and let you know you’re on the right track.

These are great tips. I think it’s so true when you say eating healthily makes you better at home and at your job. I get so much more accomplished when I’m eating healthily… it really effects my energy level.

I think healthy habits are very important. This is something I’ve been working on lately. Keeping a journal is something I do regularly because it helps me in many ways.
Journaling can really help you to bring your thoughts together. It’s also great for working out difficult situations.
It’s hard to stay on track when it comes to this but I’m trying my best.

Absolutely. If we pick too many things to work on at once we end up not giving any the attention that they need and deserve.
I have alarms set for some of my habits. Mostly just to keep me on track and make it easier until it becomes consistent. Those are usually food related.
