Your spirit, the real person inside of you, is sometimes screaming to get out because she is so excited about all of life’s amazing possibilities.
However, the spirit inside of you may also be the little girl cowering in the corner. This little girl may be afraid of what will happen if she shows her true heart’s desire, she may be afraid of that desire or she may not even know what that desire is.
You must allow your true spirit to shine the amazing light that she is meant to. Click To Tweet
With this light, you can achieve all of your heart’s desire, follow the path that you are meant to, live the life that truly resonates with you and allow your heart to sing with joy.
Let us all find the song.
Own your beliefs, own your calling, and own your intentions.
Make the time for all that truly nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.
All the while cutting away all that does not allow for you to live the life that truly resonates with you.
Truly beautiful things happen when we get out of our comfort zone. Click To Tweet
THE GREAT SPIRIT is inside of you, she is the woman who screams to get out.
Grant her permission to release fear and be proud of all she is.
Allow your true spirit to manifest her future as she lives a glorious life.

Thank you
It is not easy to discover one’s self, especially if she’s been through a lot. But we’re not going to go anywhere unless we take a step. Thank you for sharing this and also thank you for inspiring a lot of people.
Thank you. I agree. We must take that step.

I love the image at the top of your post – gorgeous colours and very uplifting!
Thank you. I am glad that you enjoyed it.
this is a great post. i really needed this today, thank you!
You are quite welcome
This is so beautiful! I am so touched! My father is a Native American shaman so whenever I hear the words Great Spirit it reaches my soul.
I have a terrific Native American friend who has been so kind as to invite me to various events on the reservation. It is a great honor.
Wow. This reminds me that I always forget to make time for what nourishes my spirit. I think I should do this. Thanks again.
I am so pleased to have reminded you.
Great post, I believe we have to nurture our souls to keep our spirit burning and happy!
Thank you
Great post and so well written. Enjoyed reading. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you
Every day I practice this. And yes it is a practice.
And sometimes it is harder than other times which makes it even more important to keep your friends near.
I have been trying my best to enhance the spirit in me – to nurture and strengthen. Nice post
I am happy that this post is so timely for you.
I love the part where you say – Make the time for all that truly nourishes your body, mind and spirit.- this is so important and I feel women, especially after kids, just forget themselves, I was depressed and so overwhelmed first 2 months postpartum that i had to be jolted awake! I hope everyone realises that they are more than just a mother and wife and they go behind what makes them happy!
Thank you for sharing your story. It will help many.
There is always that little voice in our heads that pushes us to do more, live our best lives. This post helps to put things in perspective. Thank you for sharing!
You are so very welcome
I believe in looking after the soul. I lived such as a stressed, angry life for such a long time, but enough was enough. I’m a much happier person now.
I am happy to hear that the stress and anger has been left behind.
I feel that over the last few years I have let my spirit shine through. I rarely hide my true self from others and I speak freely as I grow older. I have learned to let my spirit shine!
Wonderful. That is exactly what we need to do.
Wow! What a Great post. It pushes me to introspect.
Perfect. That was my hope.
I like to step out of my comfort zone and then come back for a while. It helps me get to know myself more. 🙂
I believe that magic is outside of our comfort zone 🙂
I love “Make the time for all that truly nourishes your body, mind and spirit. All the while cutting away all that does not allow for you to live the life that truly resonates with you. ”
It’s so important to do the things that we love and make us happy and fulfilled. Recently, I’ve been getting rid of all the things and people that don’t allow me to live my best life! Thanks for this!
You are so welcome. Releasing that which does not nourish us is a fabulous gift to give to ourselves.
It’s so important to find our true, whole selves and not be afraid to shine. You explained it so well.
I think you stated it rather perfectly yourself.
Lately I’ve been creating my own sacred text. I’m collecting writings and art that speak to my spirit and I’m going to include this in it.
Clara, that sounds fascinating. I hope that you will post the sacred text on your blog.
Great words which is expressed well. Thanks for sharing Elsie!
My pleasure.
HI! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this post. I am all about healthy and holistic living. I’ve lost 75 pounds the natural way and have kept it off. I have also removed lots of harsh chemicals from my life and eat a very clean diet.
Wonderful and congratulations. You are taking care of yourself from the inside out.
Great post and great words. We have to take care of our souls and spirits to keep us alive
Thank you. We must take care of our whole selves.
I am fully self expressed, confident and creator of my life. Don’t think in terms of spirit but if I did, I’d say I have a strong one. A friend calls me a mover and a shaker. Another says ‘Ageless Explorer’. Nice blog post. Got me thinking in unusual ways.
I love that you are fully expressed and I got you thinking in unusual ways. Thank you.
