Take it easy is a big one! I never knew the meaning of taking it easy until I got sick. Now, even though I’m in recovery, I still have to remind myself to slow down.
Slow down and allow yourself to recover. Overdoing it can cause a relapse.
I think taking it easy is something we all need to do. 2020 was so stressful that we should balance ourselves out more by taking it easy sometimes.
