To make it even more fun each week I will feature some of your awesome linked up recipes here and in my weekly newsletter.

[ctt template=”5″ link=”mhBDc” via=”yes” ]#FoodieFriday Link Party is open until Tuesday. Drop up to five links and share your food posts with us.[/ctt]

I am so excited to put an extra special highlight on a few of the recipes from last week’s link party that got extra attention!

Spring Pasta was a favorite in my home. Holly (of Sunshine and Holly) makes her asparagus similar to the way I do and I loved the addition of broccoli and peppers. In my home, we had to skip the butter and substitute with Vegan Butter as the little girl is avoiding dairy. The dish was yummy plus Holly’s goofy kid is funny.

Healthy Homemade Apple Chips is another favorite. For me, it was mostly because Lexie of Mommy Home Manager reminded me to use my food dehydrator. It is really not supposed to be a dust collector.

Healthy Homemade Apple Chips are a delicious and easy treat to make in your dehydrator.

I am a big fan of The Bold Chef from Michaela over at Hyla and Peter Echols. Things that make people feel more confident are always exciting to me. Furthermore, I am fascinated by the fact that this newlywed gets dinner on the table while only shopping twice per month.

  3. Apple chips!? I need to make these. I don’t like potato chips, and these would be really healthy for my kids!
