Having delicious Easy-To-Cook Side Dishes is an important key to serving a delicious meal quickly and easily.

If you’re looking for the perfect side dish recipes to make your meals more nutritious, you are at the right place! Side dishes are perfect accompaniments to entrees such as chicken, steak, stews, and seafood. There are many side dishes, including the most popular option, potatoes. Side dishes can elevate your meals to the next level of yumminess. If you’re thinking of making side dishes an important staple in your entrees, check out some of these options.

  • Roasted vegetables

One of the best ways to cook your vegetables is roasting because it gives your vegetables more flavor than sauteing them. You can use basic seasonings like salt, pepper, and oil, but if you feel more adventurous, there are some pretty tasty seasoning options.

If you like to drizzle normal olive oil on your vegetables, why not try using a more flavored oil like garlic oil or coconut oil. You can also add a touch of citrus (limes, lemons, or oranges) to your vegetables to bring out their unique flavors. You can do this after roasting them if you want more of a punch. The beauty of this meal is that you can use any vegetable you want. Plus, it can be visually appealing to the eye with each vegetable’s unique color. Check out this roasted vegetables recipe that you can pair with your chicken or steak.

  • Parmesan potato wedges

This list will not be complete without a mention of potatoes. Potatoes are extremely versatile, and you probably know that, but have you tried parmesan-covered potato wedges. To make this side dish more delicious, you’ll need to use either red or fingerling potatoes. That’s because these varieties have less starch content than other starchy potatoes.

It’s fairly easy to make parmesan potato wedges. You need to cut the potatoes into wedges and mix them with melted butter, seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Then, slide them into the oven to bake for about 25-30 minutes. These wedges are so delicious straight out of the fire, so it’s best to serve them immediately.

  • Garlic bread

Garlic bread is a delicious side dish that pairs well with pasta and soups. It has a wide range of textures and flavors. Additionally garlic bread has a crunchy surface, chewy insides, and rich garlic and buttery flavors.

French bread is the best if you want to make this delicious side dish.

Once you’ve sliced your bread, you can then brush it with garlic butter. Finally, pop it into the oven for about 8-10 minutes. You can also add some cheese and allow it to melt in the oven for an extra minute or two.

The best thing about garlic bread is that you can wrap it in foil and store it in the freezer. Who wouldn’t want an endless supply of garlic bread? Okay, well I am garlic bread with only light garlic. I certainly love bread but I can’t say that it really loves me.

Whether they are starchy foods or vegetables, side dishes can easily transform the quality and taste of your meals. Check out these other recipes to try your hands on.
