Dessert Inspired Breakfast Smoothie
This Dessert Inspired Breakfast Smoothie is actually the Cocoa-Almond Smoothie from my colleague Dr. Mark Hyman.
It is featured in the 10 Day Detox Diet program.
Today Dr. Hyman and I are sharing this smoothie because a dessert inspired breakfast is AWESOME!

I have to give this a try! It’s healthy and comes in my favorite flavor, Chocolate! The ingredients are pretty easy to source.
Yes, I do love recipes that are like that.
This sounds so good and right along with the eating plan I follow! I might just add some espresso to it for an extra morning kick!
Oh yum, yum. That sounds wonderful.
It sounds yummy, but even as a chocoholic I wouldn’t fancy chocolate for breakfast. However….. that wouldn’t stop me trying this cocoa based smoothie at some other time.
I wonder what it would be like with rice milk instead of almond milk?

I do not think that rice milk would have much of an effect on the flavor. It should be good.
