When it comes to Chicken, and other meats, try to only purchase natural, hormone free meats. Consumer Reports states that the “latest tests for dangerous pathogens on hundreds of organic and non-organic chickens bought at stores nationwide revealed that the majority were contaminated.” It is very important to stay aware of the latest finding. Perhaps you can find a local farmer, or butcher, that you trust to only provide the highest quality ingredients.

Thanks for sharing this Dr. Elise. It looks like it is very easy to make. I think I have most of the ingredients. I do love everything about coconut. I grew up being fascinated with coconut oil and I watched my mom and aunts make it from scratch. I adore coconut oil is an understatement for me. I even shared how to make it on my blog.
Wow. That is really cool. I am going to go find that post. I would have loved to watch my elders make cool things like that.
