  • Vape Oil is easy to utilize. However, it should be noted that there are safety risks in this form. Adverse reactions may be caused by the chemicals used. Additionally, a discovery was made between a possibly lethal lung condition and vaping called VAPI/EVALI.
  • Tinctures are alcohol-based extracts. They also include other ingredients alongside them. These are used to make liquids that you ingest orally. 
  • Edibles are infused with CBD made for consumption. Gummies are the most popular form of edibles.
    • Here is a little fun fact. My mom once made pot brownies. Granted, that is not the same thing but it is still an interesting tidbit of info. She did it simply because she was curious as to what all the hype was.
  • Capsules are taken in a pill-like form. Capsules are filled with oil and taken orally. 
  • Topical Ointments are used in beauty products. Moisturizers and cleansers are also very popular CBD products. Topicals can be applied to the skin and hair.

The impact on people has complex and intricate effects on the receptors found within the body and brain. Various diseases and conditions have the potential to benefit from the use of CBD.  

It’s essential to research and understand what you wish to use and the dosage that is required. This is especially true if you want to use it as a health aid. The most commonly recommended dosage of CBD for anxiety is 300-600 mg. However, it is important to do your due diligence and figure out what dosage is best for you.

CBD for overall balance and well-being is an interesting organic option for stress relief.
