A deeper understanding of your mental health is vital. Exploring neurofeedback treatment for anyone with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or any other issue can be of great help. Clearly, knowledge is power.
The increased insight can only help guide any subsequent medications, therapies, and lifestyle changes. A generic approach will result in only limited progress.
