2023 Christmas Trends To Watch For

Every year, there is a new trend for holiday clothing, shoes, and make-up. And Christmas is no different. While some traditions remain the same, there are always going to be new items that are intended to help you decorate your home for the holiday season and make it as festive as possible.

For 2023, there will be some awesome trends in decorations for your Christmas displays.

Festive Bright Colors/Jewel Tone

Christmas is no longer only about the red and green; it’s celebrating with all the colors of the rainbow, and this trend requires you to go as big and bright as possible. It invokes a sense of fun and imagination and urges you to get creative and fun and reimagine what it means to embrace the holiday season. With bright blues, pinks, greens, and purples mixed with metallics and glitter, festive brights are the best way to add fun to your holiday decor and really experiment.

Chrome Accents

Chrome or even brass accents are a style that can transcend the holiday season, and if you want to incorporate chrome or brass accents in your home, then sticking it to plain holiday decors like greenery or a sprig of holly can be enough to bring a vase to life with Christmas spirit. You can even incorporate brass and chrome accents into your tree via the use of baubles in your chosen color or metallic and by using brass and chrome lights to decorate your tree, holiday displays, or your mantle after choosing from one of the best artificial garlands for Christmas 2023.

Glass Ornaments

For both displays and your tree, glass baubles are set to be big for Christmas this year. You can choose your colors to match your theme, but you can expect to see lots of glass holiday decor in stores this winter for people to incorporate into their homes. You can find glass baubles, candle holders, bowls, and other assorted decor to help you get on board with this popular Christmas trend for 2023.

Pinks

Pinks are set to be a prominent color for Christmas 2023 again. You can go for a pale pastel pink, hot pink, neon pink, or any other shade you wish. Pink is where it’s at this year. Coinciding with the Barbie movie is one of the biggest hits of the year. You’re bound to see more pink decorations than ever before this year. It will help you to fulfill a need to turn your home into a Christmas Barbie paradise.

Minimalism

Another trend that is gaining popularity for this year is minimalism. Your Christmas decorations should be a scant smattering of branches and berry-laden twigs. Perhaps, a simple Christmas tree with lights on or string beads. There would be no additional decor outside greenery or understated ornaments that blend into your existing home style. If you’re not a fan of color or big garish displays, then minimalism is your trend.

Decorating your home for the holiday is something that is deeply personal for everyone. But if you’re looking for some inspiration this year, these trends can give you a starting point.

  1. There are a lot of these on the list that I like. It is fun to see the pink trend; while it is isn’t something I would do, it looks really great and looks great when put together well.

  2. I’m really liking this post a lot, lots of great trends for Christmas. I like the ornaments and decorations as well. Plus, red and green is no longer the main festive colors in our home.
